How to Use Your Subconscious Mind To Achieve Goals Easier.

Your subconscious mind is a colossal force within you.

Creative and successful people often leverage the power of the subconscious mind to solve problems and challenges that are difficult or even impossible to solve only with conscious efforts.

The easiest way to access your subconscious is at night.

Think about the biggest challenge you have now.

A challenge you have no idea how to solve.

Before going to sleep, say to yourself, "I'd like it if I could receive an answer on this by tomorrow morning."

Then just put any thoughts aside and let your subconscious work. Don't think about your challenge anymore.

Frequently the answer, an excellent idea, is there for you the next day when you wake up.

But sometimes, it will not work from the first try.

Next time repeat your task to the subconscious mind and try to visualize the problem/task.

With each repetition, your subconscious will give you essential suggestions easier and faster. It also can be during the nightdream.

Be prepared to wake up and write down ideas that come.

A metaphor: let’s say an airplane is a human mind. The engine with a plane is subconscious mind (~90% of total aircraft), and the pilot with his cabine is conscious mind (~10%).

The engine of the plane gives you a real lift.

Unfortunately, people frequently try to reach their goals, utilizing only conscious minds - letting the pilot drag the plane.

This often happens when there is significant pressure on the subconscious mind.

For example, there are impossible deadlines or too demanding requirements or goals.

This situation can lead the pilot to get concerned, climb out of his pilot cabin, and drag the jet to the desired destination.

Such a case can cause many hardships because you don’t leverage your full possibilities.

The conscious mind, which is only 10% of your mind, is responsible for logical decisions and tries to make an additional 90% of the decisions in your life.

Subconscious primary function is to keep you safe at all times, no matter what happens.

It is afraid of punishment, retaliation, or guilt.

When such an attitude happens, it closes up to protect you.

A subconscious mind will stop supporting your goals if you are going to use punishment against its efforts.

This case can be noticeable when plans don’t work as expected.

Also, this is the primary reason why individuals are in doubt about pursuing large ambitions.

Their subconscious is scared of failure, so they won't even try.

And when there is a lot of pressure and guilt from a person after some unsuccessful attempts, the subconscious mind can stop supporting and lead to the constant fear of doing something.

Your subconscious mind understands clear visualizations happening right now.

Vivid mental images are your subconscious's language.

Your inner wizard will immediately know what you desire and then develop various recommendations and support to bring those experiences to reality.

Use vivid mental images you created as though your goal is in the process of realization.

Now.

It understands only the present. It would be best if you envisioned these things as though they are already happening.

Clarity.

For example, if you want to buy a new house for your family, don't say:

"I want to buy a new house."

Instead, say, "I picture myself buying a new one stair house with four rooms and a small garden. This house locates in our city around 200 meters from transportation."

And don't even give it a deadline not to make immediate pressure.

All you have to do is say, "I picture myself buying that house..."

But remember to set realistic, achievable goals.

And at the same time, don't be afraid to dream.

To leverage the full power of your subconscious mind, you need to strike a pact with your subconscious mind's ability

Because there is no punishment in this pact, you'll be astonished at how much new force emerges from your subconscious mind.

Say something like this:

  • "Let's work something out. You're my life's best buddy. I want to ask for your assistance in achieving the aim I'll discuss in a moment, which I'd like to accomplish. But please know that no matter what happens, it's fine if we don't make it. It's a normal situation. Our endeavor will have no negative consequences. I'm so proud of both of us just knowing that we tried, and regardless of the outcome, I'd like to see that you assisted me. Is that acceptable to you?"
  • Now use the goal from the previous step. Keep in your mind precisely what you want to experience as though you've already had it in vivid detail right now in the current moment.
  • Finish pact with something like this:

"Whatever happens, nothing can ever change the fact that I love you, that I accept you, and that we will always be the greatest of friends. I'm not going to beat us up over it. Just for trying such a magnificent objective, I am proud of both of us. So let's give it everything we've got and make the image below a reality."

  • Repeat and visualize your goal from the previous steps to anchor what you want.
